The International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) is a leading provider of online health and fitness certifications. To increase enrollment in their various courses, ISSA launched a social media advertising campaign aimed at individuals interested in pursuing a career in the fitness industry.
ISSA faced challenges in converting social media followers into paying customers. While the platform had a strong following, there was a gap between audience engagement and course enrollment. Additionally, the fitness industry is highly competitive, making it difficult to stand out and attract potential students.
To address these challenges, my team and I developed a targeted social media advertising campaign focused on highlighting the benefits of ISSA certifications. By leveraging compelling visuals, persuasive copy, and a clear call to action, we aimed to drive traffic to the ISSA website and increase course enrollments. We utilized tests against copy, color and design direction to learn what resonated best with our audience and continue to deliver tailored messaging.
The campaign exceeded expectations, resulting in 30% increase in click-through rates from social media, with a steady 7% conversion rate in sold courses. The campaign successfully positioned ISSA as a modern and relevant organization, attracting and retaining an audience to the brands’ service.
