The Better Business Bureau (BBB) sought to increase the number of businesses applying for BBB Accreditation.
To achieve this goal, they tasked our design team with crafting a series of compelling email campaigns that would resonate with their target audience and encourage them to take the next step in the accreditation process.
Despite the numerous benefits of BBB Accreditation, the BBB was facing challenges in converting interested businesses into accredited members. The existing email communications were generic and lacked a strong call to action, resulting in low application rates.
To address this issue, we implemented a comprehensive email design strategy focused on highlighting the value proposition of BBB Accreditation. We developed a series of targeted email campaigns with compelling subject lines, visually appealing layouts, and persuasive copy. By emphasizing the benefits of accreditation and simplifying the application process, we aimed to increase engagement and drive conversions.
The email redesign resulted in a significant uplift in BBB Accreditation applications. Key metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, improved substantially. Additionally, the new email templates contributed to a stronger brand image and increased customer satisfaction. By effectively communicating the value of BBB Accreditation, we helped the BBB achieve its goal of growing its accredited business membership.
