Co-owning a luxury home introduces complexity around scheduling, shared expenses, and property updates. Black Coast Estates needed a clean, intuitive interface that could simplify these moving parts and give owners confidence in managing their property without friction or confusion.
A Clear, Centralized Interface for Owners
I designed the UI and interface system for Ocho, a custom app that gives owners a single place to manage their shared home. The interface prioritizes clarity through a calendar-first layout, visual expense breakdowns, and straightforward property updates. A minimal navigation system and consistent components help reduce cognitive load while maintaining a polished, premium feel aligned with the brand.

The final interface provided Black Coast Estates with a clear, scalable product foundation that supports their co-ownership model. This project reinforced the importance of strong information hierarchy and restraint in UI design, especially when translating complex systems into simple, approachable experiences.
