Nuturing Leads Through Lifecycle Marketing
The Better Business Bureau is a nonprofit organization focused on advancing marketplace trust by accrediting businesses that meet high standards of honesty and integrity.
BBB wanted to reach small to midsize business owners and guide them through the process of becoming accredited. The challenge was to create email communications that not only looked trustworthy and professional but also moved people from awareness to action through lifecycle efforts.
Thoughtful Design Meets Strategic Messaging
As a production artist and designer, I worked on a variety of email campaigns as part of BBB’s lifecycle marketing efforts.
My role involved creating polished, on-brand visuals that clearly communicated the value of accreditation. From welcome emails to follow-ups and special offers, each piece was crafted to feel approachable while aligning with BBB’s reputable tone.






Design with Purpose, Even Without Metrics
While I don’t have access to performance data, this project sharpened my ability to design within brand systems while solving for business goals.
It also taught me how to create assets that feel personal, clear, and credible, key traits for any successful lifecycle campaign.
